Top right of the original post's dialogue box, you will see options, click on the drop down box and click 'Track this topic'.

Just read your other post, I guess this option is not working for you.

go to "My Controls" and set your e-mail notifications to "immediate notification" as a default rather than the "delayed notification" which is the default of TV.

The delayed notification has not been working for me for a long time, but immediate notification does work (at least most of the time :o ).
