I'm curious if there is a lot of construction noise from people finishing out their units?

How is the soundproofing and privacy between units? Can you hear your neighboors?

In general how is the place?

I recently rented a condo on Ari and I hear every step my neighboors make on the tile floor (particularly the folks above me) and every drawer closed/door closed/sneeze etc.

I don't live there myself but surely the racket coming from all those parrots and birds in the Ambassador Hotel's terrace-top aviary must be hard to put up with?

I am sure the "Handsome man where are u going" calls will get pretty annoying when you come downstairs everyday....

The Trendy is incredibly shoddily built. I would not be surprised if the entire building collapses within 5 years.

But the building has been there for ages! It's just had a major refit. That place is not gonna collapse duma$$!
