Throw Nets For Fishing - At Least 8 Foot In Size?

i have been asked if i can get "throw nets for fishing - at least 8 foot in size"

apart from having a rough idea what a throw net is, i don't have a clue where i can get one. i'm in chiang mai.

any suggestions or advice are more than welcome. thanks

If Ranong is anything to go by, just go to any local general store. At least two of my local mom & pop shops have them in our Moo Ban

Wararot market has a hefty selection of throw nets.

Directions: Come down Chiang Moi road with the traffic and as the road turns right before the river so you have the market on both sides of you go inside just past the 7-11 and the new gold shop that you will see on the left. As soon as you enter the covered section turn to your right and there are several fishing shops side by side all selling the same stuff including throw nets.
