With the order of public holidays continuing for the rest of the week to include April 16 and 17, is immigration open on those days? I have an appointment to get my non-o visa extension stamp on April 17.

You're both half-correct. I've just been there, and it's only open for urgent business. Renewals and 90 day reports are being told to come back on Monday. Bunch of Thai merchant bankers.

Phuket open as normal today. Just got my residence certificate 8.45AM today (16th)

Transport office is closed though, sign on the gate says closed for 1 day holiday, hope they open tomorrow.
