Hi Allan

These quotes came from a dealer this week:

Thai only 1. A copy of house paper + sign

2. A copy of ID card + sign .

** for new and used ***

however in there are some more form of Land transpord for the buyer sign such as power of attorney , register form ( new bike ) or transfered form ( used bike ) and some case must use " Bkk plate number request form " for the customer who have a residence in upcountry .

Farnag required papers for registration

1. copy of buyer 's passport . 1 ea.

2. copy of Visa in Passport 1. ea.

3. copy of Immigration stamp arrival in passport. 1 ea.

4. Original letter of residence Permitted by immigration or Original letter of residence certified by embassy .

*** each paper of no. 1-3 must be sign ***

I can tell you from experience that it can be relaxed at some dealerships.

regards

Raylo

Thanks Raylo. pretty much what i was thinking. The land transport office here in Nakhom Pathom is very relaxed so if we have a work permit we do not need the immigration letter, just the invoice or contract from the apartment owners . Thanks again. Allan
