Property In Hua Hin

Featured Replies

Anyone know about how hard it is to rent out property in Hua Hin ?

Not sure which way you mean:

Looking.

Not difficult at all. Easiest thing to do is drive around the local sois (Hua Hin is not a big place) as most houses for rent will have a sign on the gate. Take down the phone numbers and get a Thai person to enquire for you to avoid getting ripped off.

Offering.

If you have a property to rent out contact one of the agents who will advertise it on thier websites. Houses for rent go quick here as there is a high demand.

And you can also list here for free and find some independent listings as well:

Step one tho, is to always spend time on the ground, asking alot of questions and kicking alot of tires so to speak. I agree Buksida- alot of the best deals are found driving around, taking numbers and following up.

Chok Dee!
