you can buy them in Sulpaban stationers, about 100 metres up Pattaya Klang after Foodland, on the corner of Town in Town Soi

Try the Sticker Men on the Samlors. There are about a Dozen of them drive around at night times.. Thousands of stickers, I am sure they might have what your looking for.
