Any recommendations for condo refurbishment service companies and / or links on net? I'm trying to get ideas what I can get for the money? Now I have just a price of 350kB for a 80m2 unit refurbishment but no photos or pictures of design up front. I need something I can see before paying? Bangkok area.

Is there an approximate market rate per m2 of refurbishment? I am trying to assess whether my proposed builders prices are reasonable? Nothing flash, just standard refurbishment. 80m2 and 2 large rooms, living and bed with all the normal service closets.

"Refurbishment" covers a lot of ground, and there is no "standard" definition of either scope, or cost.
