Some tests for AIS GPRS Edge:

Last Result: No OpenVPN

Download Speed: 177 kbps (22.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 43 kbps (5.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Last Result: With OpenVPN

Download Speed: 203 kbps (25.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Upload Speed: 60 kbps (7.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

OpenVPN:

Server in Dallas Texas

With LZO Compression, and TLS encryption.

Location:

ABAC, Ramkamaeng Soi 24.

The point is to let us know what he gets with AIS GPRS.

I find that pretty interesting.

If you don't, I think it would be a lot easier to just ignore the topic, rather than posting.... ?!

Just ran a similar test up here in Isaan, between Buriram and Surin: Download Speed: 214 kbps (26.8 KB/sec transfer rate)<br />Upload Speed: 79 kbps (9.9 KB/sec transfer rate)<br /><br /> Also on AIS Grps and quite happy with it. Was using normal 'phone land line dial up connection before but actually find Gprs much more stable with less disconnects.

P.S. Test was also to Texas.
