I have just moved into a new jumbo townhouse and have some rooms for short term rent. Room one B$4200 is pretty and basically furnished, with a small terrace attached. The second B$3000 is smaller and empty.

The house is done very simply and has been dubbed "The Zen Den". There is a huge kitchen fully outfitted. TV room with plasma. Several outdoor areas for sitting or tanning. The main dining room has 5 meter ceilings. 2 bathrooms. Internet and TRUE cable.

Available mid to late June.

Prefer women or gay guys. No smokers. Small quiet dogs OK. Eco-minded a definite plus.

PROS-short term, very quiet, easy going place, ez to Silom, close to BRT (open soon)

CONS-fan rooms, no partying, no smoking, small bathrooms

Location-Near BANGKOK GARDEN/Narathiwats Soi 24/Sathupradit Soi 15
