Thai Driving Instructor In Sa Kaeo?

Does anybody know a Thai driving instructor in/near Sa Kaeo, preferrably in Aranyaprathet?

My wife will be with the family just outside Aranyaprathet for the rest of this month, so I thought it would be a good time for her to get some driving practice (with me not in the car). I doubt she'll be passing the written test in the US in the near future, but it certainly can't hurt to get a license in Thailand beforehand.

I'm not sure there are even any driving instructors in the whole of Thailand . I very much doubt that there are any Thais capable, or of a skill level, to instruct.
