Lazada refunds I did myself, once I had a bank account, without bothering with the Wallet. So I don't understand how it is possible for you to fail. If the refunds are for cash/debit/credit cards that you've spent, then it's straightforward. If they include any reused credit from an activated Wallet, the reused credit is no longer cash, but stays as credit. Only first time utilised payments are refundable as cash. -
