a couple taken minutes apart with my Olympus E-1... only two images used for each... hand-held

I love those rolling layers of hills here in the North...

Very nice, thank you 'fabianfred'. :)

Shame :D other folks do not ease up a bit or two...... :D .......with their HDR like you have done.

Yours truly,

Kan Win :D

Just a few hundred meters from the bridge over the River Kwai correctly spelled (KWAE) is where this museum is located.

Spelt "Khwae" (without shouting) also 'Pooklook'. :)

As for me photos, I have changed from the aggressive look of your HDR, to a much more smoother type like 'fabianfred' posted.

Hi Folks,

Enough of the chit chat, photo time

Yes, I know there are so many things going on in this HDR photo, but then again, so what :D

Yours truly,

Kan Win

P.S. Pooklook you missed this place then, as it is on the same side of the river as the museum just over railway track on you left :)

Kan Win, we dined at the Keeree Tara restaurant. I think it’s the finest

cuisine to be had in the Land of Kan. Here’s one slightly overcooked

Just the way you like it. :)

Yes 'Pooklook', one of the best for 'Thai cuisine' in 'The Land of Peace and Love' :D The Floating restaurant, first one by the "Famous Bridge" up river, has gone down hill with their food, the same as their stairs and your photo as well (the "Famous Bridge" listing a wee bit down). The Pun is in there btw.

Nice try and thank you for visiting "The Land of Peace and Love". Please come again many more times. :D

This was taken on my phone during a recent fishing trip, using the HDR mode on the camera 360 app for android. (Cheating?)

I also know the top right thing is distracting and should be clone stamped out but time is precious right now, so this'll have to do.

Thanks for your kind reply!

It's actually the software Photomatix Pro V4 that makes all the work!

Here's another one of the same motif, but in Black & White.

This is my first B/W ever, since I love the natural colours more, but the HDR gave it some special gloomy atmosphere that suits the cold and grey winter!
