House For Short Term Rent

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have been to Pattas a few times and am planning to return very soon, but, I dont want to stay in a hotel I want to rent a large house short term?

I cant seem to find any sites advertising this - Any ideas?

I have looked at Thaiproperty.com but this is long term only?

Which area is the best to stay also? Jomtien??

:)

Northern Thai were doing short term lets on condos, dont know if they were including houses though, you can only ask. :)

Get a hotel for a few days while you drive around Pattaya looking for a place that you would like to stay. Right now, home owners are being very easy about length of stay as it is better to get a month or two of rent than let their house sit empty for long periods of time.

A lot of vacationers who used to stay for six months are now staying for two, and home owners looking for rental income need to get used to it.

Thanks...

What area is best in peoples opinions - Nice houses, no/low crime etc??

My friend has a big 4 bed place available short term but its quite a bit out of town in Nong Palai (20 minutes from central Pattaya). Car or bikes are availble though.

Let me know if you want to know more.
