Marina In Cha Am

I saw a lot of people this week around thr North end of Cha am close by the fishing village, they seemed to be like surveyors. The Mrs said it was on the news that a New Marina is being built and commencing later this year....again with links over to Pattaya......any one have any more details......as a lot of projects planned/commencing dont ever happen.......interesting also is a lot of the land just over the bridge is being snapped up the last month which suggests to me that there is afoot....
