One simple question. If I get a non-immigrat multi-entry one year visa, does the one year validity date starts on the day visa is issued or on the day that you first enter into Thailand ??

The validity on the visa starts the same day it's issued.

Your first 90 days admission starts the same day you enter the Kingdom. You must utilize the visa (use it the last time) one day before it expires (364 days after issue).

Each entry is for 90 days. If you stay longer than 90 days on any entry you must do a border run to Malaysia, Burma, Cambodia or Laos, for example. That gives you another 90 days.

This type of visa can not be extended, unless you go for a one year extension at the Immigration.

Sorry to nit-pick George but............."If you intend to stay longer than 90 days on any visit you must do a border run to............" ...sounds a little better. :D:o
