Condo Remodel Costs?

Wondering how much it costs to do a high end remodel on a Bangkok condo? Teak, marble, jacuzzi, the works.. etc..

Any experience out there?

Question is too vague. Teak cost can range from Bt2k-4k. Local marble cost from Bt1400 and imported Italian white is over Bt6k.

Jacuzzi ranges from Bt150k-300k+

As indicated, cost can be double even in the deluxe range. And additional cost will be required if M&E services need to be added or relocated.

Rule of thumb - Cost to do up a 4* service apartment Bt20k/m2. For suites in 6* hotels, Bt 50k/m2.

If you are looking at gold plated fittings, like those for the ruler of Brunei, cost would be over Bt200k/m2.

I refurbished my condo 2nd half of last year. I would not say it its in the deluxe range, but close to it. Cost me Bt12k/m2 excluding loose furniture and electrical goods.
