Yoga Classes In Pattaya?

Featured Replies

I recently moved to Pattaya. I am searching for yoga classes or an instructor who might give semi-private lessons. I prefer vinyasa yoga (power/flow) and to practice in a peaceful environment, rather than at California Wow. I live between Downtown Pattaya and Jomtien. Any ideas?

I wish someone would offer a 1 1/2 class, 3 days a week or more!

Thanks.

There's a long established yoga place at the junction of Sukhumvit and South Road, on the slip road as you turn off Sukhumvit.

The health centre at the Royal Garden aslo had yoga classes prior to it becoming part of the Marriot.

YES; I can second that recommendation: the previous poster mentionded (and described it well, which is not as easy as it looks !) "There's a long established yoga place at the junction of Sukhumvit and South Road, on the slip road as you turn off Sukhumvit, into Soth-Pattaya Road.

I have hear many very good stories about this place.

Cheers,
