The white cat is in the apartment, not in a cage. And it doesn't go outside because she is afraid it will run away. But last time I checked, most people back home don't take their cats out and cats seem to be fine in apartments. I've seen people walk their cats on a leash. Seems silly. Cats don't like to be walked. -
