we need a nice clean little bungalow style house to rent in pattaya for 3 mths from 12 oct to 10 jan 2010,,we have a 6 mmth old baby so it must be in a decent area so our child is safe...we want a 1 or 2 bedroom and a small kitchen as the wife likes to cook her own food....we arent looking for luxury as we are on a budget also....just a simple but affordable home for a 3 mth stay...cheers..email or pm me if need be..

3 bed room 4 Bathroom, Kitchen,swimming pool, very good security 24hours/7days. good location in North Pattaya(Naklua) - Wongammat Beach. only 5-10mins by walk to beach.

have many shops or 7-11, restaurants, hotels near by.

Easy to access to anywhere---just 10 mins to Central Festival(large shopping mall) and Pattaya Beach.

- 8 mins to Big C, Tesco Lotus.

- 5 mins to Hospital.

- good transportation

It's very nice villa, surrounded by many trees, colorful flowers. very peaceful. Let us ensure your holiday is full filled this time.

wooooooo thats way above my budget mate,,but thanks for taking time to mail me.......as i say we dont mind thai style living as long as its clean little bungalow,,we are not going for luxury here by any means,,,,just a simple bungalow or house,,10-15k max per month,,nothing fancy
