North Point 72% sold

PATTAYA: -- Raimon Land Plc has sold 72 per cent of the 376 units in North Point project in Pattaya, reflecting the continued confidence among investors to the city's potential.

The sold units are worth Bt3.3 billion.

"Many Thai investors bought up the units for long-term investment. These units can be rented to executives working and living in the Eastern Seaboard area," said Raimon Land Chief Executive Officer, Hubert Viriot.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2010.
