Beach House Lease Available

Hi, if anyone is interested the beach house in pala beach lease is avaiable if anyone is interested? We will be moving house in aug, so it's up for grabs. Rent is really cheap for what you get - 2 locking carports, 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, big kitchen area, courtyard on the beach and a large balcony with sea views, fresh breeze everyday. Downside is the house is a bit old and the beach is bit grotty.

We used to have a bbq restaraunt here and we still have all the restaraunt stuff if anyone wants to give it a go. Or there's the second hand stuff is for sale by itself.

-Large Two Door drinks fridge and freezer

-Wine fridge

-Two small chest freezers

-8 Tables and 14 chairs

-Bar and wet bar( booze inc.)

-640cc Chopper, two seater feel free kyak
