That would certainly be grounds for dismissal from the American military. I'm curious to know how this turns out. Will it be swept underground like they did for Thaksin's son when he cheated on a university exam?

Just written exams. I never used such questions in my tests, and I never ever had any real problems with cheaters. It really isn't that hard to put a crimp in cheating, but most teachers dread grading written exams because they take more time to grade. But, they're also going to give a truer idea of lessons learned...
