Where to start ? OK , my wife ( Thai ) just got her U.S. resedency papers . Good news . BUT we are here in Korat . Now the stickler , She is 7 + months pregnant ! Also good news ! She wants to have the baby here . I have to go back to the states and work in two weeks . IMM. says if she wants to travel she only needs to come in and get a stamp on her passport and can travel . Old visa is expired . But we have travel documents ( advanced parole ) here . Can I go in alone with her passport in the U.S. and get a stanp for her ? Probally not .

Then there is the baby issue , how old or young in this case does a baby have to be to fly . I heard that she can not fly at 8 months pregnant . I will be going to United in Bangkok's office in two weeks but I would like to be armed with some information first .

Thanks ,

Jeff

Just incase any ones interested , I went to United on wireless rd. across frome the U.S. embassy . I was told that there is no age limit for a infant to fly United as long as the mother is capable of taking care .

Lets see if anyone knows the answer to my last question about me getting her passport stamped without her :o
