Heavily Pregnant Women escapes serious injury following attempted bag snatch.

Pattaya, August 1 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : In the early hours of Saturday Morning, Police Major Suwit from Banglamung Police Station was called to the Banglamung Hospital to speak with two victims of an attempted bag snatch which had occurred earlier, in front of a Petrol Station in Lompok Village. Two people were injured in the attempted theft including a woman who is currently 6 months pregnant. Khun Niwat aged 21 and the pregnant woman, Khun Gindaporn aged 24 explained that two men pulled up beside the victims who were on their bike, travelling back to their home. One of the assailants attempted to snatch a shoulder bag belonging to the female victim and during a struggle, the victim’s bike fell to the floor. Luckily the commotion was spotted by passers-by which forced the assailants to leave empty handed. Police have received full descriptions of the two suspects and we can report that the two suspects sustained flesh wounds caused by the fall and checks on the unborn child have come back as normal.
