it's 1 of the best camps in thailand/the world

sitholek on sukumvit is a good wee gym with an excellent weights facility and some former world champs, it's run by a dutch guy Frank and they regularly fight at the stadiums in bkk

out of the 2 i prefer sityudtong, it has better trainers and is a more authentic camp

if u ask a thai in pattaya their face will light up and they will say sityodtong number 1, most thais in pattaya would say sitho...who??

...but they are pretty good
