Hi, i recently bought a phillps go gear music player for a thai friend,can anyone help about what video it will play,i tried changing a flv format video downloaded from the internet into mp4,but it wont play it,and then avi formatt,but it still wont play,just says unsupported file,i'm not very high tech,so if anyone can help,thanks in advance.

Seems like you might have to convert the files to another format, I had to do with a Nokia 5310 Mobile, it was already MP4 but would only play sound no picture (X men Wolverine movie), so I converted it to 3GPP, and hey presto it worked fine. I used ABC 3GP to convert.

If you use ABC then change the output to 3GPP, the rest is automatically done, then add file and convert
