Hi - we're a family of 5 looking for a new home. We want to stay in the Nai Harn/Rawai area, as that is where our life and friends are. We don't want to go through an agent however for our own reasons. If you have, or know of any 4/5 bedroom homes in this area, please get in touch as I am finding it very difficult to find anything that has more than 3 bedrooms, or isn't astronomically priced. If your friends are in the area already and have the time, get them to have a bit of a look round. Lots and lots of places just put a sign outside saying 'for rent' and a phone number. They don't always advertise very well.

For 50k a month, you shouldnt have much trouble getting a house with 4 or 5 rooms plus a pool in the rawai/naiharn area.

I have a friend that just spent the last few weeks looking for something in the same price range not needing so many bedrooms and he has had a hard time finding something semi decent for this amont of  money.

do you want a pool to be included for that price?

Hi { dont worry I am not an agent}

My old landlady owns a lot of houses and land around the Rawai / Nai harn area. She has a lovely 4/5 bedroom detached villa on nice grounds with a pool in the Rawai area. Plus loads more dotted around. She is a nice lady and I am always happy to send someone her way.My family stayed with her for a few years and never had any of the problems that you hear about from people renting on the island. If you want any more details PM me and i shall give you her number - Her English is ok. Either way you should pick up a good deal this time of the year.
