There's a big difference between prescribing and over prescribing in the eyes of the law.

That family will go to any lengths to get money!! Are they that poor and destitute? I guess 10 dollars to me is a million dollars to them.

The poor man is not even dead two months!! Let him rest in peace and his 3 (or four) kids try and lead a "normal" life and grieve for their daddy.
