My delicate fair skin gets heaps from the sun and wind. At 70 yo perhaps the word delicate might be a bit extreme.

anyhow over the years I've paid heaps for a variety of sunblocks, which don't work so well and in fact most cause a negative reaction.

I drive a motor bike and my nose also gets affected and none of the sunblocks seem to work.

Was in a shop a few weeks ago and saw some coconut oil remember some Fijian friends telling me about its miraculas powers so I bought a bottle for 20 baht. At that price didn't think it would work but what the ell I'll give it a try.

It works and for the first time in years my nose is not complaining and the sores on my hands have cleared up.

Thought I'd share that with you.

I tested the oil by puting it in the frig and if it solidifies its probably coconut oil.
