Is There A 24hrs Shopping In Bangkok

The television program 'Destination Thailand' just featured this topic. They interviewed the owner of a shopping complex that was about to open. Their trading hours were in the region of 20.00hrs to 08.00hrs [open all night]. It is within central Bangkok , but sorry, I do not remember either the name nor location. At least now you know that such an area seems to exist. Good luck in your search.

Hi the big malls and most of them are walking distance around pratunam like Central world, Central Chidlom, Siam Center, MBK to name a few and not to forget the IT Mall Parnthip Plaza are usually open 11-23, for 24hrs convenience there are numerous 7/11 shops and the "Family Market" chain. In Sukhumvit Soi 5 not to far from Pratunam is the Foodland Supermarkt open 24/7/365 with a great variety of foods from all around the worl, the area around Soi 3(Soi Nana) and Soi 5 has also a very interesting nightlife with especially Arabs,Indians and African, beware of pickpockets but thats the same around Pratunam, do not have any valuables in your shoulder bag, it get cut without you even noticing it, don't wear gold necklace openly and have your wallet only with the cash or cards you need on your body.

Have fun we live in TH for 13years now very happy.

The Night Market has a food court and, f you value a working alimentary canal, stay away form the seafood. Too, there are a couple free-standing restaurants in the Market. At one end of the food court, there's a stage for live music. Although the entertainment starts around 6P, the music gets better as the evening wears on.

Thanks bro, seems like u are very familar with suan lum night market.

I'm looking for a restaurant that is not so expensive. It could be a Thai food or seafood but not western food.

Seens I only got 2 night in Bangkok, I want my wife to spend the night with gorgeous atmosphere.

Do you know which restaurant to recommend in Suan lum?

thanks for ur reply..

huay kwang night market?? was it far away from pratunam? same as what suan lum nite market have?

my hotel is near pratunam..

my personal opinions, the food in suan lum night market is below average. they have massage shops, shop selling art n craft, shirt, souvnier. it is more for tourists.

huay kwang night market is located next to huay kwang subway station. this is a typical roadside market, pack with locals, get more crowded from 12-1am onwards.
