At True shop, 3rd floor in Chiang Mai Airport Plaza. In case they don't have it in stock, there's also quite a few shops nearby that sell grey import iPhones from the USA and HK. But if you can, buy from True - cheaper, and guaranteed to be factory unlocked.

At True. I'd imagine that the grey market import prices are around the same for jailbroken ones, and more for officially unlocked ones.

Still dam_n pricey.... granted just came out with the 3GS. Guess I'll wait til they come down to more reasonable 14-15K range.
