It's located in the old terminal in the airport complex at the far end of the old terminal near the outside resturant area.

They said they would be fully operational next month.

Hi Ray,

Went there today for re-entry but only doing 90days at present, they said hope to be fully operational in 2-4 weeks, staff seemed very friendly and helpful.

I think it will be fine if it is not overwhelemed as AEK was. Seemed nice enough when I spoke to them today. But they aren't under the gun yet. Thats a tough job not one I would want to do.

Am I correct in reading they are doing the 90 day address reporting for retirement visas?

Any current information?

I had a friend go by yesterday for a 90 day check-in, re-entry permit, and to transfer his visa to a new passport. He said there wasn't any problem with anything but the visa transfer was pretty slow because it was the first one they'd ever done. I plan on going by in about a week for my 90 day check-in.

Thanks, fremmel. I plan on going Monday morning. I'll post if any problems.

I went to Udon Thani airport immigration this morning to do my 90 day residence reporting on retirement visa.

I was in and out in 15 minutes, very well satisfied with the service and the procedure.
