I have a CAT MC727 modem which installs fine on Windows XP computers, but when I tried it on a machine running Vista I just get an error message "Exception Caught - Unable to create An Object of Phoenix". All sounds very mythical to me. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance :)

Try runing the exe file as administrator>> right click the file you are trying to install and run as administrator

I have mine on Vista and XP no problem, never seen that problem you have

did you download the vista drivers for it? you can't use the xp drivers on vista
