dmitryspb Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 From my own experience Never use DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS etc for such items, they are not approved as "official carriers", only as "private carriers". YOu'll be obliged on duties in most cases, only some papers or cheap items will be released free. If you need anything urgent EMI/EMS is generally okay, otherwise use USPS/cheapest regular mail.
