depends on whether you actually have gynocomastia ie actual male breast tissue OR if its fat.

if it is actual breast tissue then surgery is it. If it isnt, then you could surgically remove it, liposuction it or least invasively you could try Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) injections into the area.

Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) injections help reduce fat deposits in specific areas. Can be painful, repeat applications needed, long term plan and results not guaranteed.

I just read an article in a swedish newspaper about a moviestar who got breasts from drinking too much Soyamilk.

If that is correct perhaps you should avoid as many soyaproducts as possible.

The man in the article drank 12 glasses of soyamilk per day.

It also says that the soya milk contains something called fyto-ostrogen.

The fyto-ostrogen comes from the plants and it reminds the body of the female hormone ostrogen.

Here is a link to the article, although it is in swedish:

Yes i drink soi lattes nearly every day.

You can tell ostragen levels by doing a pregnancy test right ?

I do not know if real breast tissue or fat. How do I tell ?

I would presume if real that they would be sensitive.

Pregnancy tests do not measure estrogen levels. And in any case, what isrelevant is not the absolute estrogen level but the ratio of testosterone to estrogen so would need blood tests of both hormone levels.

Before getting into that, what is your height and weight? Simply losing weight, if you need to, may resolve this.

Also: what is yoyur age, and are you on any medications?

Dont worry about soy products. You would have to consume a bucket load daily and have a skewed hormonal balance in the first place for anything to go that far. Otherwise most of the men in Asia especially China, Japan, Korea should be walking around with man boobs from all the soy products they consume and the females should all be big lol

How a person gets man boobs as I said before is to do with 2 factors. 1 simply is being overweight with a high bodyfat content and 2 is hormonal imbalance. As sheryl mentioned estrogen is a man is not a bad thing. Its the balance between testosterone and estrogen thats important and they are interrelated ie an increase eg in testosterone would also cause an increase in estrogen etc.

You would need a blood panel testing for some very specific hormones eg testosterone, estrogen, lh etc . Pregnancy kits do not test anything but hCG- a hormone present in pregnant women's pee.

so If your overweight and have a high body fat content then it may be simply fat. examine your man boobs, pinch, squeeze them in, feel them and if all you feel is just fat then ur man boobs are a result of being fat.

If you examine them and you feel tissue underneath your nipples/man boobs then you have gynocomastia. this would need to be surgically removed.

Men can be fat and have gynocomastia so being fat does not necessarily mean you dont actually have gynocomastia.

Mate just go to the gym and work out...take your time and the fat will soon drop off...forget surgery and injections and all this nonsense..even silly diets are a waste of time.

For any bloke the best answer is aerobic exercise.

lol you could exercise ALL YOU WANT and get ripped and huge but it will never get rid of pre-existing breast tissue. Cue in massive bodybuilders with breast tissue(disregarding hormone abuse etc).

If its fat then yes exercise will help you lose it. But if its actual breast tissue then nothing apart from surgery will fix it.

If it is breast tissue, is there any chance of 'leaking' ?

I had a strange stain on my shirt the other day, both sides, same place. It was a yellowy greeny colour.

Hi Mr Wiggle,

Have you had any sort of hormone treatment for training or something like that? Some men take pills for quicker musclegain during some periods of training.

Or have you perhaps just become a parent?

Some men who is about to become fathers react to the hormonal change that is happening in their wife/girlfriend during pregnancy.

I don't believe it is very common but i have read about it.

Some men even produce breast milk and sometimes leak just as their pregnant partner can do before giving birth.

If you are leaking it sounds like you have developed breasttissue, but i am not an expert.

Perhaps you should go and seek advice from a doctor.

Hope things work out well for you.

Take care now,

Really do not want to go to a doctor, kind of embarrassing.

Not to mention do I see a female or a male doctor?

And I would not think there is a big base of Thai clientelle here that have this problem, so the likelyhood of a thai male or female doctor having a bit of a giggle over it is even more reason for concern.

Not a chance. EVER

sounds like your hormones are out of whack and ur prolactins are probably high and maybe your estrogens too hence breast tissue and milk production.

male breast tissue could produce milk or milky like liquid and if it is then hormones especially prolactin is wayyyy out of balance and immediate investigations are necessary.

By immediate investigations I guess you mean a doctor right. But what about my concerns above?

Has anybody else had this problem?

Have you had sensitive nipples?

I mean, breasts are breasts, usually they trun me on, or used to. Mine are hairy so they do not turn me on, but the nipples are very sensitive and I have felt the tingle in the nether regions while soaping up in the shower from time to time.

What did you do about it?

go to a doctor! if all this is true then your problem is serious and requires blood work and treatment. ignore the embarrassment issue. Your health is at stake here.

stop posting on here. go to a doctor and get checked out. most likely ull need to be put on meds and possibly hormonal theraphy and to take care of the obviously existing breast tissue surgery would be required. this is all straightforward to treat and surgery is relatively painless as well and done by a pro with no scarring.

What about buy a bicycle, work out, drop the burgers AND the alcohol?

Why would you have a guy cut you up when it'll all be back next year?!

this is not very difficult.

go to a doctor who will most likely refer you to a specialist eg endocrinologist

certain tests will be run on you and blood panel testing your hormones thyroid etc etc

based on the results of those tests and your hormones appropriate medications and or hormones can be given to you to get things back to normal and stable.

then you can have surgery and remove the breast tissue.

as things are under control, hormones all normal, breast tissue removed nothing will come back. You would be Breast free.

Having recently undergone surgery for this problem maybe I,ve got some experience regarding the subject.Sure some people may get moobs if they are

overweight and are able to lose them when dieting.Has in my case the problem stemmed from a estrogen inbalance and although I,ve trained in the gym for

a long period in my life,it had little effect on my chest.I had my surgery at Yanhee, where incidently all the surgeons are male. The difference pre and post surgery

is amazing. When I think all them years training, wearing baggy t-shirts etc,all it required was a few hours in surgery.

spud1, did an endocrinologist diagnose you with an estrogen problem? Was glandular tissue and fat removed? Did you get any skin laxity issues post-op? Did you go under GA? Thanks.
