Cheap Apartment Near Bumrungrad Or Bangkok Christian Hospital?

Featured Replies

Hey Guys!

I am looking for an apartment near any of the above hospitals. I am looking to spend between 5000-15000 baht per month. Must be month-to-month and have all utilities included. I need wifi and willing to pay the extra charge.

Cheers!

You can try the Oasis, which is located at Silom Soi 3, which is known as Soi Phi Phat, or something like that. It has a great swimming pool and nice fitness equipment but more importantly located close to Bangkok Christian Hospital. I'm pretty sure they do short term rentals and have rentals for appx 13-15k a month(for longer term rentals) but you will have to ask whether they will offer these prices for a short term rental. Their number is 02-636-6323.

You can also find listings on craigslist for these apartments, as some of them are agent represented and the office may not be aware of all rentals available.

Around Silom you can find anything from 3.5k (fan, one room, cold shower) up to 8k (cold shower, a/c, pay extra for electricity), 15k (small apartment), 20k (1-2 bedroom apartm) - finding the cheaper ones, if you really wanna save and don't care for luxury, can sometimes be harder as they don't advertise big...

I know it sounds weird, but one way is often to ask people that work in the bars around Silom...

There is an inexpensive apartment building on Sukhumvit Soi One, just behind B-grad Hosp. It is about two to three hundred meters on the left side coming from Suk. Single rooms in the B8000 range. A bit dreary and run down but for that area not a bad deal.
