Nai Harn:

You'll be surprised to find how many houses are for sale in "Nai Harn". I went to have a look at one a few weeks ago. It was nearer Chalong Circle than the bloody beach and the guy wanted 4 1/2 mil. It was a little plot - just a bit wider and longer than the house. The house was OK, but nothing brilliant, two storeys, three bedrooms, upstairs balcony.

At a guess, I think you're looking at 2 million baht per rai.

I hope Tornado is reading, maybe he can give us some real figures ?
