I just want to play pool there, not buy the business :)

I have to admit I don't know the streetnames in those streets, I rarely look at the signs when I go out, nor could I probably read them anyway after a few beers :)

But it's located just next to octupussy bar which also had pool tables, you can find their website on google which probably also has a map of their location.

Think its open until 2am in the evenings. Its always been open around midday when I've walked past.

The guy who runs is a very gracious host and a demon on the table lol.

Best tables in Hua Hin imho.
