Sorry Mt, but that company is a part of a developer's group that has had a lot of problems in recent years. I live near his developments and he is struggling to stay in business and finish his developments in this slow economic climate. In times past, I also have tried to call him to ask him to clean up the areas around his developments as it directly affects my property which is on the market at the present time, but he usually does not answer.

Good luck. The owner/developer is actually a nice guy who I believe got in over his head and cannot live up to his commitments. The economy slump ruined a lot of these developers in Hua Hin who were betting the market would stay profitable.

If anyone knows of the housing developments that asia property center has please could you PM me with the details. Thanks MT
