What is need for the motorbike licens when it comes to Residence Certificate from Immigration.

I do not rent my girlfriend do in Bangkok but we are many times in Pattaya so i will take the license here. Is it enough with a contract from Bangkok and a papper with my gf name on it or she have to sign some form of paper telling the immigration she stays with me?

Is it ok that the address says Bangkok but we apply in Pattaya?

I can now answer that Question myself. I asked them by phone and they say Local address local documents so no crizz crossing
