What I find puzzling is considering the length of time Golden-man has been pedaling the streets and sois of Pattaya he has only just enrolled as a member of Thai Visa.

Pattaya has always had its fair share of eccentric residents. One of the current funniest is the guy who jogs up and down Beach Road with a towel round his neck which he constantly stretches in exercise.
