I would think it looks a bargain and I would consider adding an A/C unit as you would easily recoup your outlay and could offer the room at least 1000 baht per month more.

PS, looks like too many armchairs taking up a lot of limited space in the room, just my opinion of course.

Think you might have added 2 zeros accidently.

It is probably a 100Mbs cable from a nearby router.

Don't expect that speed from the Internet :)

There was a photo shop in Huahin that boasted similar speeds, obviously been read off the router box :)

if u look here http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&hq=&am...mp;t=h&z=18 it's located in the long no-thru soi that runs off the left side of J.A. Villa,

the apartment building is the long brown roof near the end of the soi on the right side & is parallell to the soi.

the apartment block is called "Baan Pornjamnong" & was built about a year & a half ago, so very new.

all 16 new apartments are available for rent at 3,500baht/month but come totally empty, no furniture whatsoever!

so if u want to buy ur own furniture forget about looking at mine, or u can rent my apartment & have the use of my quality furniture for free!

because of the high value of the quality furniture, a 10,000baht furniture securty deposit is required as part of the conditions of lease, l have returned this in full to every previous tenent & can supply past tenents number if u need to verify it.

so, as u can imagine, l will be selective of who l allow to rent my apartment, that's why l advertised here in this forum hopefully read only by farangs.

you are all welcome to go there & view the apartment anytime thru the window, just give me a quick PM & l'll let u know the apartment number & my phone number, then after u have considered the apartment & it's location & ur serious about renting just call/txt me to arrange a meeting.

It has ample secure parking for cars & motorbikes.

available now for rent at only 3,500baht/month long term(min 6 months) + cable, elect & water.

internet available additional 300b/month.

here is a recent pic inside;-

3,500 baht/month sounds good but how much for electricity/water? That's usually the sting.
