Does anybody have any idea where I can find Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer or another reputable brand, in Thailand (Bkk if possible).

I have seen it at the Klong Tom market on weekends. I am sure I did not spell it correctly but it's near China town and near the main railway station if that helps.

Most all Marine shops stock this material, I have purchased it several times from a boat shop in Bangna, sorry I don't have the name. Perhaps this might be more convenient than China Town.
