Urgent Looking For A House To Rent Anywhere In Bangkok

My lease is up on my rental house in Nonthaburi and so I need to find somewhere by March 1st.

I.m working in the Dindaeng area but will consider any area of Bangkok as I have my own transport. Ideally looking for a one bedroom house and a one year lease.

You can rent only the ground or upper floor (they have separate entrances) - 6k/month or if payed in advance 60k/year. No contract - stay as short or as long as you need. Deposit 1 month. Off street parking on the neighbouring mooban 5 minutes walk or at my neighbour's driveway some 2k/month (because of the lenght you can negotiate down with him).

Full or part furnished, broadband internet 2mgb 750baht/m, air con, water filter, washing mashine, kitchenette.

bills at cost (directly, payed at 7/11).

Looks good and in a good location for me as I work in Kanchanaburi and Bangkok

Can you PM me more details ie size in square metres,

I also have all my own furniture as I was renting an unfurnished place in Nonthaburi (couch, tables cooker washing machine fridge bed etc)

in that case, if you don't mind a little further from the town (kanchanaburi direction), another one, brand new, with a driveway for 3 cars, 3 br, 8k/month, 72k/year in advance.

Thanks to all the millions that replied. I guess people dont want to rent houseshere in Bangkok

Managed to get a 2 bedroom townhouse opposite the mall namwong wan for 8000 Its brand new and in a really nice neighbourhood.

All amenities very close by and easy to get to town

Ps I had hoped that the net would be better for this but it sucked big time
