It is very clear the IOC is ideology driven as it has recently emphasized that boxing has reached "gender parity" with 124 boxers of male and female gender. However in the case of Khelif there are real doubts if she is a man or a woman, and they are not helped by the IOC keeping the gender tests SECRET. Nobody knows what was tested and how. The Mark Spitz argument doesn't hold any water, since then you might as well enter a Cheetah in the 100 metres, oh it's not problem it it has a genetic advantage. You have male and female categories, and you have to decide if an athlete qualifies for one or the other competition. -

Seems to be the cycle of modern life in multicultural England. The Brixton race riots in the 1980s were sparked by an event that (highly likely) wasn't race related but was the catalyst. A rumour about a white man throwing something through the front door of a house where black people were having a party. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Cross_house_fire Similarly, the race riots after George Floyd was killed released underlying tensions about police brutality against black people, even though it had nothing to do with race. Fast forward...I think the murders of the little girls in Southport was a catalyst for the underlying tensions about mass immigration and its effects on England. -

And, there is quite a nice interview by Charlie Rose with Ang Lee, the author of Ice Storm, and the producer, too..... Here.... Truly a Masterpiece, in my view, as I said. I found the novel, Ice Storm, on the net, for free, in the epub format. Maybe I will read it this evening. Such an amazing film... Also, I had forgotten that Ang Lee (LiAn) was born in PingDong...Taiwan. I had thought Tainan, but Tainan is not very far north of PingDong, which was truly a rural area when LiAn was born there. Very strange, I feel, that he traveled to the USA, and then stayed there, and then found this book ICE Storm...and what were the odds? -

Chiangmai Airport Re-Entry Permit
Hi I am soon leaving for my home country and will fly from Chiang Mai, via Bangkok to Copenhagen. I will go through the international immigration process at CNX and only transit in Bangkok. Can I do the re-entry permit in CNX? Do you need to prepare all the documents in advance, or can you just pay a fee like in Suvarnabhumi? Thankful for advice, J -

So, they did respond to you with those instructions just to let autocharge begin? How do you "stop" the charging as I pressed the stop icon on the charger display numerous times and nothing would happen until I scanned the QR code on the charger. -

It's actually a civil matter. Has nothing to do with police. Police is not a bill collector. You lend somebody money , he pays not back. Usually if you lend money, you will draw a contract, there it's stipulated what happen with the money is not paid back. Now if you do not have a contract you will learn to make one next time.
