I can't find the land office in Pattaya on any maps (probably due to my computer skills or lack thereof). Does anyone have the GPS coordinates. The adress is 398 Suksabai Villa, Moo10 Soi 17 South Pattaya Pattaya City.

From 3rd road go down Soi 17 until you see a market on your left. The road takes a sharp right but you continue straight onto Ko Phai 10. About 80m after this turn left into what looks to be the second turn (there is a motorbike taxi stand on the corner). Land office is about 150m down the road and on your right after the first cross street.

The area is reasonably well signposted in English.

There is parking on the grounds inside.
