iam of to bkk for 2 days in July then of to Lamai

a friend said he noes there's a ferry and train service to samui which is very cheap

can anyone tell me more about it

sounds like a fun way round

makes a change from flying also

Hualamphong Train Station in Bangkok will sell you the combined ticket. An approved travel agent can issue a ticket. Otherwise a courier can be sent to pick up the ticket.

I think the cost is around 750 baht for a lower berth sleeper.
