If you head up Sukumvit past pattaya Klang on the left hand side just where the new flyover is being constructed but before Pattaya Nua there is a inspection garage, this is government approved and will also do your Tax, change ownership etc etc

I’ve been using this same garage for 5 years for my motorbikes annual inspection and renewal of tax and insurance.

I’ve had no drama’s with the place.

It’s on the Sukhumvit road (left, north bound side) just before the turning into the Bangkok/Pattaya hospital.
