Yeah, OP is looking for cheap. Often second hand items are in good condition and worth to buy giving them a second life. Also, Pumps are easy to repair, same as tanks -

Israel slaughters 5 more journalists
Completely disagree, as Israel is one of the biggest waste of tax dollars. As is most of the defense budget, and the largest part of every annual budget of Congress. As the US military certainly isn't protecting US soil, air or waters, and the border is wide open to criminals & drugs killing Yanks of all ages. Giving money to Israel doesn't benefit the USA in any way. Basically supporting their whole economy on borrowed money, to top it off. Loans, the US tax payer will never be able to repay. Loans that keep on draining the tax payer's coffers .... for ever. No kiss, No KY, just a giant F You from Israel. IMHO
